Here is some policies ..

* Policies : All jewelry are handmade . *Since ALL jewelery is customer sizes, you need to provide info on the size via check out. Where you leave your address and all other info. Write notes in special instructions with your ring size and bracelet size. Even if you have any other wishes. For example necklace length or change something in jewelry.

* My policy on returns : Aunes-gemstone will not take back returns.

* All prices are quoted including Swedish VAT

*Processing time:The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

*Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

* I do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
